RUM SAZERAC

Ingredients

Steps:

Coat the inside of an Old Fashioned glass with absinthe, then fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker tin, add the sugar cube, then dash the bitters on top of the sugar. Use a barspoon to blend the sugar and the bitters together until dissolved. Add the rum, a few large chunks of ice and stir until chilled. Now dump the absinthe washed glass and strain the rum mixture into the glass. Express an orange peel over the top, and set carefully on the glass’s edge.
