Crafted and produced in San Diego, California and founded by Mike Love, co-founder of The Beach Boys, Club Kokomo Spirits focuses on providing consumers with a top-shelf sensory visit to the islands of the Caribbean.
Club Kokomo Spirits is dedicated to enhancing the rum category through a tireless obsession with quality, craft, and creativity. Our products are the result of a shared vision of a legendary rockstar and a decorated master distiller, known for promoting harmony through both music and flavor, to create a premium yet accessible spirits line. No sacrifices. No shortcuts.
Club Kokomo Spirits produces an award-winning line of artisan crafted bottled rums and bartender-quality ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails. We pride ourselves on our use of high-quality ingredients and premium award-winning spirits crafted by our subsidiary San Diego-based distillery, Seven Caves.
The family-owned company is supported by a team of passionate and successful entrepreneurs with decades of relevant food and beverage, manufacturing, entertainment, marketing, and restaurant experience.

Grammy® Winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member, Mike Love, grew up under the Southern California sun where he soaked up a life of music, surf, sand, and sport. Beginning his singing career as a young boy, Mike along with his cousin, Brian Wilson, frequently sang at family get-togethers and holiday gatherings. These early influences served as the inspiration to form the legendary group, The Beach Boys, which originally consisted of Mike and his cousins, Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson along with neighbor David Marks and High School friend Alan Jardine.
So where did this idea come from? Decades ago, Mike was enjoying dinner and a mojito with his wife, Jacquelyne at a restaurant in New York City. Mojitos are his favorite drink of choice, and this one topped the charts. Eyes closed, savoring the drink, humming the words to “Kokomo”, the wordsmith started iterating on his 1988 top-hit. “Kokomo, Kokomo Mojito, Kokomojito…”, and thus, an idea was born.
Throughout his career, Mike has co-authored more than a dozen top 10 singles, cementing The Beach Boys legacy, alongside The Beatles and Michael Jackson, as the only artists to have produced twelve top 10 singles, within 5 years.
Today, Mike is happily married to Jacquelyne Love, and is the proud father of eight children. Mike primarily resides on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. He continues to enjoy life on the road, performing over 150 sold-out shows a year all over the world.

Geoff is a renowned distiller in San Diego and known amongst spirits enthusiasts as a master at his craft with ludicrously small batches. Geoff’s dedication to the best spirits on the market is the “why” for the Love family in hand-selecting him as their partner in the Club Kokomo endeavor.
To make this all possible and to ensure product quality and consistency, Club Kokomo uses award-winning spirits in every product. Both our rums and gins are designed and produced exclusively for us by our sister company and highly acclaimed artisan distillery in San Diego, California - Seven Caves Spirits. We will continue to serve up new craft cocktails coming soon and our master distiller is at the helm of our extensive flavor library. We are proud to work so closely with Geoff, and can’t wait to show you what lies ahead in Club Kokomo.
